The Net Promoter Score (NPS) field allows users to select a number from a scale.

NPS results

The easiest way to see the NPS results, is to go to the reports page for your form. Here's an example of the graph and stats that will be included there:

Display NPS fields

Display the value submitted in an NPS field in a form's confirmation message, email, or View. With the frm-stats shortcode, you can display the Net Promoter Score and percentage of respondents.

• NPS

  Determine the total Net Promoter Score.

  Determine the percentage of promoters (score 9-10) in the Net Promoter Score.
