** How long will I receive support and updates?

After your license expires, renewal is required for continued access to support, plugin updates, and new addons. Add-ons released while your support is active are included. Anything released after expiry is not available without renewal. If your license has expired, click here for details on how to renew.

 

How much is renewal for support and updates?

The renewal discounts vary for each plan. Personal and add-on renewal is 20% off, Professional is 30% off, Small Business is 40% off, and Enterprise is 50% off.

Renewal covers a full year of support, plugin updates, and access to any new add-ons we release during that year. Lifetime updates for existing addons are available with the Enterprise license without renewal. An existing addon is one that was released before or during the support period.

 

What level of support can I expect?

Different levels of support help our team prioritize the order in which tickets are handled.
