Licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase. A valid and active license key is required in order to get automatic upgrades for purchased extensions. License keys can be used on sites the license holder owns or is personally involved with building. We reserve the right to limit, block, or revoke a license at any time for any reason, including use of licenses that violate this agreement.
Updates are included for free for one year with the Personal, Professional, and Small Business licenses. If you have a valid and active license, updates will be delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard. If your license expires, you will not have access to plugin updates. You can renew an expired license to gain access to plugin updates.
Support is provided to the license holder up to one year after the purchase date. Renewal is required in order to receive support after one year. We reserve the right to require early renewal from those who post over 40 tickets in a single year. Our team reserves the right to deny support to a license holder who disrespects our support team or seeks support for a site that violates our acceptable use policy.

Acceptable Use Policy
Our forms and add-ons may not be used to provide, sell or offer to sell the following: controlled substances; illegal drugs and drug contraband; pirated materials; instructions on making, assembling or obtaining illegal goods or weapons; information used to violate the copyright(s) of, violate the trademark(s) of or to destroy others’ intellectual property or information; information used to illegally harm people or animals; pornography, nudity, sexual products, programs or services; escort services or other content deemed adult related. If we find our forms are being used for any of the above, we reserve the right to revoke the license and refuse support.
