The Support Team and the Functionality are Fantastic. I am so appreciative of support team and FF after 1 year of use. I am not a coder or a developer. I had created simple surveys years ago with FF and made a big shift to much more detailed, multilayered surveys that use conditional logic and registered users a year ago. The forms work great and functionality is updated regularly. The "Mike" videos are immensely informative, succinct and fun to watch for his sense of humor. And the support team is incredible. They are professional, responsive and go above and beyond such as to have recently created a 4 minute video detailing steps (for creating a view) that I could not envision or understand how to do from the docs. And I was successful with the implementation!! When I had a conflict one time I got a very attuned response from a different category of support services and then also from the co-founder. It's pretty easy to use and the reporting tools give you everything you need to analyze and store the submissions. The positive is that new features and form types are added, there are pretty unique forms, like the new calendar or the stepped form that allow you to have a wizard-like form. Pretty satisfied with it. The price is a little high, but there's no better alternative at the moment.

Best Plugin Support in the Game. We switched over to Formidable Forms for our clients websites a few years back when the plugin we were using was bought out and killed by another company. We needed a solid solution, and after much research found that FF would be it. This is one of the plugins you never really have to worry about when updates happen, weve only had two minor issues but they were resolved very quickly. You can create a personalized registration form, you can create an email list that you will then use to inform your employees for example, you can create personalized pages through a form and much more! The only forms plugin I trust. I have multiple sites that have very complex forms on them from car show registrations to woocommerce integrations. Formidable does it all and does it well. The support is great and so are the integrations with so many major APIs and services. The default forms make it simple to get started and the advanced documentation lets you go deep and wide into the capabilities of this plugin.

Using Views to display form submission data on the frontend has been huge for me. And, the few times Ive gotten stuck, Ive reached out to support and have received actual, helpful responses.
Top notch product, and even better support. Just bought the Pro version of Formidable a couple weeks back, and the things you can do with it is really mind boggling. I used to be a devoted Caldera forms user back before they shut down (sad days), and hadnt really found a suitable replacement until coming across formidable. As far as complexity goes it can be as simple or freaking complicated as needed, depends on what you want to use it for. Im working on an intense project with dozens of linked forms, display views, and data across nearly a hundred pages, and yes, it is handling all of this perfectly. Of course it was very difficult to wrap my head around how to do things at first, but some short studying of support docs gets me through it all, well, almost all. I got stuck on a couple things yesterday, and within what, idk, 3 hours maybe? Support had already gotten back to me. By that evening I had the very solution I needed, which Im ashamed to admit, was actually so simple a case of me simply not knowing how to use this tool. 0v0 Anyways yeah, definitely going to be using and recommending formidable from now on, despite the price, as its truly worth it for what me and my clients need.

Love Formidable Forms. Used to have Gravity Forms installed on all of my clients websites (and our own) but Formidable Forms is simply the much, much stronger and more versatile solution. Their support is also quick and personalised without your usual copy/paste replies.

Excellent plug-in. Excellent service. I initially started with WPFORMS, first trial then Pro version. However, it did not meet my needs. Fortunately I was within the reimbursement window, and I decided to give Formidable Forms a try. I am happy I did and I have never looked back.

Super Quick Support. I was having a small problem with field alignment. Rob from Formidable Forms very quickly identified the problem, found a solution, and provided me with some CSS to apply.
A Solid Solution. We needed a comprehensive form solution that allowed for custom development while enabling front-end client maintenance. We tested both Gravity Forms + Gravity Wiz and Formidable Forms (FF). We liked both companies products and customer service. However, we did not want to rely on multiple third-party developer plugins, even those approved by Gravity Forms, to meet our requirements. The main concern was the increased complexity and complications with integrations, documentation, restrictions, and troubleshooting. With FF, 90% of what we wanted to achieve was available out of the box with the Elite plan.

Formidable Forms rock. Huge fan of Formidable Forms its my go-to answer for multiple websites I manage as a non-techie. Easy-to-build forms that we used in multiple ways beyond basic contact forms registration, surveys, quizzes and more. Most importantly, they actually support their product. Understandable, Powerful and easy to work with. Formidable Forms is incredibly easy to work with. The form builder is very intuitive, there are quite a few built in options available requiring no outside integration to add features.

Ive been working with Formidable for about two years. I would call Formidable a plug-in but its more of a development tool. There are very few WordPress tools that offer this much customizable capabilities especially when it comes to their API. It does everything you need as a form builder but it able to do so much more. The automations are reliable and allow you to add features that would usually take much more additional programming. I have developed with multiple automation software/services and ended up having to abandon months of work with them because of they were inconsistent and unreliable. A simple automation worked but complex ones would break. With Formidable Forms, you can create and control complex systems and automations. It should be considered to be more of a rapid development software tool than a form builder.
I love Formidable Forms. Since I found Formidable Forms, Ive been using it for many of my sites pages. I have a database with bands, and concert information etc. Formidable saved me so much time building the database! I used to have this website 10 years ago as well back then, there were a lot less plugins available. And I had to hardcode most of it. Now I can just use this plugin for everything lol.
