Renewing an Expired License

If your Formidable Forms license has expired and you want to renew it, please follow these steps.

Important notes:

Grandfathered licenses can no longer be renewed. If you purchased a license with grandfathered benefits, we will continue to honor those benefits.
If your expired license is part of a package or bundle that is no longer available, you must upgrade to a current license.

If you don’t see the renew button or have questions about renewing your license, please open a new ticket at our help desk.
