Some jQuery UI styles and scripts are loaded from an external CDN. Formidable Forms loads them from cdnjs (cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/jqueryui/####, where #### is the jQuery UI version). This hook allows this URL to be changed. These files load only when Formidable → Global Settings → General Settings → Date Picker Library is set to jQuery. With Flatpickr, the hook isn't used. Files loaded from this URL include:

• The jQuery UI theme stylesheet for the datepicker theme saved in your form's style, when it isn't the default theme. The default theme is bundled with Formidable and loads from the plugin. Other themes load from this URL unless saved in your uploads folder. The style settings offer other themes only for a style that already uses one, such as an older style or one set with code.
• The jQuery UI translation (i18n) script for a datepicker with a language set, when the Formidable API add-on loads a form on another site

• $url (string): The base URL, without a trailing slash. Its last path segment is the jQuery UI version.
