Whether you've made a new Formidable Forms purchase or renewed your subscription, this guide will walk you through the steps to download, update, or print an invoice for your purchase.

1. To get started, log in to your Formidable account.
2. Navigate to the sidebar and click the Billing tab to access the page and view all the payments on your account.
   
3. Select the Get Invoice button to generate your invoice. This will open up a preview of your invoice.
   
4. If you need to add or update information, such as a VAT number or a company address, click the Update button in the invoice preview. Enter the information you want to appear and add any other extra details if needed. Here are all the details you have access to update.
   • Company
   • Billing Name
   • Billing Address, Line 2, City, Zip / Postal Code, Country, County / State
   • Phone
   • Tax / VAT Number
   • Custom Notes

   Then, click the Save Billing Details & Generate Invoice to apply the changes.
   

5. After reviewing the invoice on the preview page, you can easily print or download it. Click the Print button to print a hard copy or the Download button to save a digital copy to your device.
