New: Added a name field when creating a new view that automatically generates a default name using form name and view type.
New: Added a new checkbox to grid styling settings for making grid views more responsive.
New: Optimized how meta for views is retrieved to improve support for sites with thousands of views.
Fix: There were issues with inserting shortcodes using the Shortcodes Ultimate plugin.
Fix: The update button would get cut off from the filter and sort pop ups when there were too many rows.
Fix: Calendar views were not including before and after content options.
Fix: Updated the view excerpt filter to prevent a conflict with some other third party plugins.
Fix: Styles were not properly getting applied to forms nested inside of views.
Fix: The new editor was breaking after custom grid classes were added.
