Forms User Flow v2.0

Update the display of the user flow through the site for better readability and more actionable data.
Include timestamps in the session tracking so we know how much time was spent on each page.
Show the page name for better readability.
Add form submissions into session tracking so we know what forms were submitted before this one.
Show a summary of how much time between the first time we logged the user and when the form was submitted.
Fix: Do not start session when running a Cron.
