New: Added support for a new columns option for downloading a custom sorted subset when exporting a CSV.
New: Improved support for autoincrementing [autoid] in a string that also includes [date] and [time] shortcodes.
New: For frm-graph shortcodes where the legend appears by default, the legend can now be turned off with the show_key=0 option.
New: Improved CSV import mapping when headers contain additional spaces.
New: The [get param] and [if get] shortcodes can now be used in custom submit button HTML.
Fix: Files were occasionally being deleted when the option to delete old files was set and multiple entries were being submitted in a short period by a single user.
Fix: Prevent a warning from being logged when using a frm-graph shortcode with no attributes set.
Fix: Improved compatibility when trying to upgrade from versions of Formidable earlier than 4.05.
Fix: The order of the add/remove buttons for repeaters was backwards in the style manager.
Performance: Reduced the required HTML for each loaded dropdown option, improving the form builder performance for dropdown fields with a lot of options.
