• New full screen builder for a faster and more enjoyable form building experience
• Move all settings into the sidebar instead of expanding/collapsing under each field
• Faster way of adding new radio/select/checkbox options
• Drag and drop reordering for radio/select/checkbox fields
• Added a separate placeholder option to make it easier to use, and to allow for both a placeholder and a default value. Existing placeholders will be automatically moved to the new setting.
• Not reverse compatible change: Default values in confirmation fields are no longer allowed. It will always be set as a placeholder. Because it doesn't make sense to have a default value when confirming. Also, some field types only have one way of setting a default value now (time, scale, star rating, toggle).
• Added placeholder setting for dropdown fields
• Add a toggle between the different ways of setting default values rather than showing all settings (dynamic field, calculations, and lookup)
• Collapsing pages and sections in the form builder to make long forms more manageable
• Long forms are easier to edit and save since only the fields settings that have been viewed will be saved.

• Added separate settings for placeholders and default values for each part of a credit card and address field
• Replace the changing sidebar options with in-field modals with possible selections

Known issues & Planned enhancements

• Form Builder - Checkboxes and Radios - Adding an option without label defaults to checked - adding label changes default to unchecked.
• Form Builder - Checkbox, radios and dropdown options should update live in form builder like labels/default values
• Form Builder - When dropping a field into place, the animation inconsistently flies up instead of into place
• Form Builder - Dropping a field under a collapsed page adds the field to the top of that page.
• Form Builder - Drag and drop - Dropping fields in or around collapsed pages or sections looks and behaves inconsistently
• Form Builder - Saved value/option label alignment gets messed up in Windows when sidebar has scroll bar (High Priority!)
• Form Builder - The More (...) icon for Address field default values covers too much text
• Form Settings - Customize HTML - the More(...) icon overlaps the scroll bar in windows browsers
• Form Actions - Email - Smart Tags popup - The conditionals and advanced tabs are sometimes empty on the first load.
• Views - Conditional logic insertion isn't working properly when creating a new view (fixed for 4.0b2)
