Plugin: Formidable Forms

• Add form switcher dropdown on aggregated entries page (the Formidable -> Entries page)
• When a file upload errors, show the error message all the time instead of only on hover
• Adjust the sample form for the styling page so the fields being styled are in view
• Remove the pro fields and styling options from the visual styler in the free version. We don't need unused options.
• Hide rootline titles on small screens
• Immediately show the saved and displayed values in a dropdown field on the form builder page
• Fix saving the scale field min and max setting
• Fix javascript error when adding a file
• Fix styling issue when select field moves when changing between a blank and not blank option
• Merge in v2.02.13 updates
• KNOWN ISSUE: A required, conditionally hidden time field is always required
