Added SMS notification options into the email settings

You may now send a form notification as a text instead of an email message. Set up your notification however you would like in your form's Settings and then check the option to "Send this notification as an SMS message via Twilio". Version 1.0rc1 must be installed manually, but future releases will be available via automatic update. Keep in mind this is a release candidate, so testing and reporting any bugs would be very helpful!
