Emailing Users

This Ticket is public

Hey! I like the set up, any pretty much everything else.

I run a fan club for the website that I am doing. "Beagle Fan Club"

I would like to be able to email them back, and I am not able to. I have an email already set up, but it wont even let me re-route the email. I have about 170 to 180 people already. So being able to send out a mass email for upcoming events, news letter, coupons, and so on.

Is there a way to do this?

Thank you for your time and energy!

This isn't yet an option. You could integrate with MailChimp if you'd like. You can export your current list to CSV, and import it from the MailChimp site.

Here's a post with more information about the MailChimp add-on:

Going further to send only to a portion of the users depending on choices they selected in the form.

It would also be great if you can allow automatic sending of email responses at certain period in time depending on form selections.

By the way, this can be done now. You would need a form created for Newsletters. Then, you'll create a view that will list all the subscriber emails. The view would be set to show all entries, and the content would like like this:

Then, this view shortcode can be used in the email recipients box. If there are a lot of emails, it might be best to insert the shortcode in the bcc box so you won't be exposing all the email addresses to everyone else.

i've been looking for a way to send mass emails to my users.

when we insert the shortcode, will it automatically separate the emails with a ";"

@Brand Troops, can you please open your own ticket for support? Thanks!
