A beta version of 1.07.02 is ready for download. The following list includes the main features that have been added. You can see a full list of changes in the change log. This version also includes several bug fixes, improvements, and increased security. The minimum compatible WordPress version has been increased to 3.3.
Save as draft button
Allow users to save an entry as a draft. This is especially helpful for multi-page forms. When a user saves a draft and returns to the form later, the form will be populated with their draft. Each user can only have one draft per form at a time.
Phone number format and validation
You can now easily add an input mask to phone number fields. You will see a new "Format" option in the field options. If you want your users to type a phone number in format 999-999-9999, type this into the format option. You can also use this format option to customize your phone number validation. Enter a regular expression beginning with ^ in the "Format" option. If you enter a set format, an input mask will also be applied automatically so your users know what format you would like.
Allow filtering by Data from Entries text
Filter by data from entries text in custom displays, frm-stats, and frm-graph. In the past, you needed an entry ID so your statistics, for example, would look like this: [frm-stats id=25 126="58392" type=count]. Now, you can replace 58392 with the data from entries text. If you are already using an entry ID and want to continue filtering by an entry ID, this version is reverse compatible, so that is not a problem.
Filter by another field in graph shortcode
Filter by another field in your graphs. For example, if you want to graph all entries that have "18 to 21" selected as the age group, then your graph shortcode will look like this: [frm-graph id=x y="18 to 21"].
Show filename option
Use [125 show_filename=1] to display the filename of an uploaded file. Replace 125 with the ID of a file upload field.
Entry count shortcode
Place [entry_count] in the Before or After Content of a custom display to show the total number of displayed entries.
Exclude fields shortcode
Use [formidable id=x exclude_fields="125,126,127"] to publish a form without fields 125, 126, and 127.
Improved template export and import
Template export and import has been modified so all of your settings, including email settings, will be carried over on export/import. The same improvements have been made for duplicating forms.
Unique custom display pagination
Multiple multi-paged custom displays can be inserted on a single page.
Moved WPML translations into add-on
Install the updated WPML add-on to see these changes.
Since this is a beta version, it is not available via automatic update, but can be downloaded from the downloads page and installed manually.
