You may have noticed a few changes around our site lately. We've been hard at working making our site and help desk look and work their best. We've also switched over all our licensing and payments to a new system so we can free up more time to work on features and add-ons that will benefit you more directly instead of spending that time on our custom licensing system. For a long time, we've been wanting a Formidable marketplace that would include not only plugins, but also a collection of downloadable styles for you to instantly import and use on your site. This change will help us get there.
Your account page has changed with this switch. You now have control over which sites are registered to your license. Each add-on will also require its own license key over the next week or so as we release updated versions. These new license keys will be needed to continue getting updates for each of our add-ons. You should find a license key on your account page for any of our released add-ons you are using. A few official versions of new add-ons will be rolled out in the coming weeks including Woocommerce, PayPal with recurring payments, and the WordPress-based API.
Upgrading and renewing your license can be done on your account page. If your support isn't current, your license will be labeled as expired. This doesn't change the way your license works, but a current license is required to receive support.
We are doing everything we can to make this transition as smooth as possible. Rest assured that your account is not changing although it may look a little different. Our big plans for the future require us to take big steps to get there. We appreciate your patience as we mold our site into something we've been wanting it to become.
